The melody is unaltered, straight from the King James version of the Bible. Each letter of the alphabet is assigned a musical note, so each word has it's own unique musical "spelling" just as it does in English or any other language. Played by an oboe, the melody is beautiful and lyrical. A wonderful meditation and relaxation aid.
